Tourist trail /red/
The trail starts at the railway station in Prudnik. The first tourist attraction is an old Jewish cemetery. Next, the trail runs through the main streets, among others near the Saint Peter and Paul church and the 19th century palace, then it leads to a municipal park where one can see the 19th century summer garden house. Then the trail passes next to a pond in Poniatowskiego Street in Prudnik leading to St. Antoni Shrine in Lipy, then to St. Joseph Sanctuary and the Franciscan monastery located next to the sanctuary. In the monastery one can learn its detailed history and the history of confinement of cardinal Stefan Wyszy?ski in this place in 1954-1955. Moreover, next to the sanctuary there is a copy of the Lourdes grotto and the Alley of Wolf from Gubio leading to a high cross standing on the hill called the Goat Mountain. Further, the trail passes through the Prudnik Forest and goes to the Kobylica Hill located to the north of D?bowiec; on top of the hill, at the pond called “?abie Oczko” there is a granite memorial obelisk to German Romantic poet Joseph von Eichendorff. Then the trail goes through the forest towards Wieszczyna where visitors can get some rest at a hostel, and next towards Moszczanka where tourists can take advantage of the offer of two trout fisheries. The trail finishes on the border between Prudnik and G?ucho?azy Municipalities.
