Tourist trail /blue/
The blue trail is a trail covering the greatest number of important buildings and natural sites located in the southern part of the Prudnik Municipality. The trail forms a loop beginning and ending at the bus station in Prudnik. The first tourist sight to be seen after you start the tour on the trail is the monument commemorating the 700-anniversary of Prudnik settlement located in the municipal park. Next, the blue trail meets the red trail and leads to St. Antoni Shrine in Lipy. At the shrine the trails fork. The red trail goes straight to St. Joseph Sanctuary, while the blue trail slightly turns aside to the east and passes by the 19th Fippers palace, and next it goes to the Sanctuary where one can learn the history of the monastery located there and the history of confinement of cardinal Stefan Wyszy?ski in the monastery. Then the trail leads to the south-east towards border crossing Trzebina-Bartultovice, and next it turns towards the west towards D?bowiec. Further, it leads through the spot where the border stone of the town of Prudnik was placed to the monument commemorating German Romantic poet Joseph von Eichendorff. Following the blue trail tourists can take advantage of the offer of the Horse Stud in Chocim and see several-hundred-year-old trees which are monuments of nature. The last sight on the blue trail is the 19th century summer garden house in the municipal park.
