The Stations of the Cross procession in Baborów is organised every year on Good Friday at 20:00 and starts from St. Joseph’s church. A wooden cross illuminated by a torch light is carried by celebrants of the Cross Stations. All participants, carrying lighted candles, sing, pray and meditate during the celebration. It takes about two hours to visit all the Stations of the Cross. Then, the worshippers return to St. Joseph’s church to attend a ceremony of adoration of the Holy Sepulchre in silence and meditation. This is a very important event in the Catholic church.
