Detailed description:

The brick-built subsidiary church of. St. Catherine in Gr?boszów was built between 1897 and 1899 according to a design by the architects Boffaly and Milard from London. The old wooden church was transferred to the Museum of the Opole Countryside in Bierkowice. Inside the church we will find a late Gothic triptych from 1517. One of the church’s bells comes from 1613. It was funded by A. Kotuli?ska and cast by J. Goetz in Wroc?aw. Next to the church is an old cemetery with tombstones of historical value, including those of Gustaw Henkel von Donnersmarck from 1813, Georg Henkel von Donnersmarck from 1882, and Jan and Eleonora von Prittwitz-Gaffron from 1789 – former owners of Gr?boszów.
