designation:

G??bocko

short description:

Collection of antiques of the 19th and 20th century

detailed description:

In the centre of the village, in the inconspicuous house of Franciszek and Alfreda Drozd, there is a private, abundant and multi-topic collection of various antiques. The collection dates mainly from the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century. One of the most impressive items is a carriage, blacksmith tools, including blacksmith bellows, religious paintings, everyday use items, a collection of keys, bicycle bells and lamps. In the garden, there is a small open-air ethnographic museum with agricultural implements. Farmers very eagerly and colourfully talk about their collections. Some of the exhibits come from the war ruins from Brzeg, mainly the ruins of the former Molla villa.
