Thin potato pancakes, baked on cabbage leaves with visible “veins” of the cabbage. Quite spicy and salty (well spiced) with strong flavour and aroma of fresh, baked cabbage leaves. Served with fresh butter which accentuates even stronger the flavour of grated potatoes and cabbage. They have been also called “adzymki”, especially popular in mountain areas (area of Nowy S?cz).
