The 8,5 ha pond is stocked with carp, grass carp, and tench; it will be stocked with pike in the future. Visitors can rent angling equipment and boats. They can also throw barbecue parties or use the buffet and the children playground. Angling cards can be bought on site. Lodging is provided by the Gajdowe Game Breeding Centre which offers 9 beds (with preference given to hunters) and has food facilities. The vicinity of the pond and the nearby forests are good for observing many rare birds. Those who want to find out more about nature will benefit from the plan to mark out two educational trails around the pond and the forest for young people and children. There will also be a children playground set up.
