The beer is a little bitter in taste and has a bitter-sweet flavour of hops and honey. It is sold bottled (0.5 l) or on draught. The best is based on polyfloral honey from the producer's apiary. It preserves well, the older it is the stronger it becomes. It is locally produced and sold, usually during fêtes, harvest festivals and in the open-air museum. Orders need to be placed for bigger quantities.
