Quince wine is a kind of straw-coloured dessert wine, rather sweet. Very clear and fruity with a distinct quince flavour. Visible little air bubbles and a recognisable ”oiliness”. Well chilled, it is an excellent refreshment and thirst-quencher. The name of the wine derives from the Silesian name of the quince: “kwita.”
