The farm is located in the charming part of Januszkowice called Lesiany, 2 kilometres from the centre of the village. Its size is imposing as the farm covers an area of 50 ha. Visitors can use a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen and a day room. Each room has a fridge. At the visitor’s request, the hosts prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Part of the farm is an 18 ha water body with water of 1st class purity. It makes the area attractive not only for those who want to rest, but also for angling enthusiasts. The lake is home to a lot of sweet water species of fish such as carp, pike, pikeperch, tench, bream, grass carp, and catfish. Visitors can angle without an angling licence after getting to know internal rules and paying for the period of their choice. The area is gated, protected and very well developed. There is a car park; a camping site; an eating place serving hot meals; a hotel with double rooms and rooms for 4 complete with all sanitary facilities; a conference and banquet room for 60 (a big room for 180 is under construction); as well as outdoor sanitary facilities and showers. Lifeguards ensure safe swimming. Visitors can use the following: the biggest slide in the Opolskie province; a beach and shadowy spots under Canary canopy umbrellas; volleyball courts; artificial isle; bathing bay for children; a pier and a jumping board; motorboats; surfing boards; jet skis and water skis; rowing boats. They can also parasail, go on a trip around the lake or the Oder river in a 15 person motorboat, as well as use a powered hang glider to admire the aerial view of the surroundings.
