Visitors to the farm can help with the housework and have contact with animals such as ponies, peacocks, billy goats, rabbits, and hens. Pony riding for children Culinary specialty: Panschkraut (cabbage mixed with potatoes) served with rabbit or ribs. It is a traditional Silesian dish. You boil potatoes and sauerkraut separately. Stew rabbit or ribs spiced mainly with garlic in the oven. Mix boiled potatoes with the cabbage and the broth in which the meat was stewed. You can add fried bacon. Work it into a solid scrambled mass (hence the Polish name ciapkapusta or scrambled cabbage). We serve it with fried, pre-boiled rabbit or ribs.
