Detailed description:

In the 14th century the castle belonged to the Tschammer family and from 1440 – to the Bees family. It was built on a quadrilateral, almost trapezoid, plan, and was surrounded by walls and a moat. Next to the entrance gate was a cylindrical tower the height of which was raised in the 16th century. The castle was rebuilt several times. In 1565 it was bought by the Duke of Brzeg. In the 17th century it was transformed into a residence for the steward. In 1945 it was slightly damaged by fire and was soon rebuilt. Currently in private hands.
