Cordials made according to the centuries-old recipes handed down from generation to generation, made on the basis of fruit of the oldest varieties coming from rural orchards, forests and meadows. Fruit (picked only when fully ripe on sunny days) is macerated with the best kinds of spirit and homemade vodkas. Cordials originate from the old Polish tradition and are made according to the method of our ancestors, without using mechanical devices and any preservatives, improvers, colourings and chemical agents. The flavour of cordials is enriched with natural seasonings obtained from maceration of fresh and dried fruit and spices. The cordials mature at least a dozen or so months in glass demijohns and oak-wood barrels in deep cellars. After the passing of full maturing period the cordials undergo filtration and are poured into bottles. Borderland Cordials are characterised by a unique flavour obtained from fruit maturing differently every year. Cordials are made in Grodków, and they may be bought at various fairs and markets.
