detailed description:

The trail was designed with a view of showing the tourists as well as local inhabitants a number of very attractive sites which people can visit and where can they relax. 32 km long, the trail goes mainly through field and forest paths, and is a perfect destination for a few-hour trip. It begins in Rudniki where one can admire a brick classicist church from 1830. Departing for the village of M?yny, on the bank of the water reservoir on the river Jaworzynka, the cyclists can enjoy a beautiful view over the whole area. Nearby they will find an old, disused lime kiln. A path through the forest will lead them to the picturesque Jaworzno in the Jaworzynka river valley. They will find there a magnificently preserved wooden church of the Holy Trinity from the 16th century. Further along the trail they will be able to see a 19th century manor house in Stary Bugaj. Both tourists and art connoisseurs alike are always impressed by another wooden church, St. Martin’s, from the 19th century in the village of ?ytniów. Another fascinating site is the brickyard in Faustianka which hides rare pearl ammonites, i.e. molluscs’ fossils millions of years old. Although the mine is now closed, the current leaseholder of the brickyard has made it possible for tourists to visit it, ensuring they are safe all the time and sometimes even allowing them to look for fossils.
