The exhibition is situated in a small municipality of Tinjan, near Pazin. The exhibition gather moer than 30 producers of the istrian Ham with their own products.
The exhibition is organized within the local cultural/popular event Šimunja.
Every year the number of producers and guests is bigger wich makes the event popular even Italy and Slovenia.
