The trail routed along traces of historic presence of the Order of St John in the area of the G?ubczyce Plateau starts in G?ubczyce - (parish church – St. Fabian and Sebastian chapel) - Armii Krajowej square - E. Plater street - Kozielska street - Kopernika street - Grobniki (St. Barbara chapel, St. John Nepomucene figure on the bridge, presbytery, old hospital and school, the Decapitation of St. John the Baptist church, castle and the surrounding area) - ?w. Jana street (Blessed Virgin Mary chapel) - Debrzyca (St. Jacob the Greater church, chapels) - Nowosady (St. Theresa chapel) - Lisi?cice (parish church, memorial chamber in the school) – Zawiszyce – G?ubczyce, Babice and Dzie?marów. The trail is marked with signs and leads through the towns and villages where traces of presence of the Knights Hospitaller have been preserved until now.
