Salumificio Val Dragone has been named after the wonderful valley of the same-named river flowing nearby. For more than thirty years it has produced hand-crafted first quality meat and meat products, mainly coming from mountain breeding farms. Once selected, beef and pork meat is processed following ancient traditional recipes. The salami factory also houses a large shop selling fresh meat, meat products, sausages and cheese. Salumificio Val Dragone carries out rigorous health controls on all its production processes.
