It was created in 2000. There is a place to make a fire, a roofed stage, a wooden platform for artists to perform on, benches, and a small water body. The small pond owes its name to constant chirping and warbling of birds which can be heard in the vicinity from early morning until late evening. From early spring to summer, the birds are joined by frogs which inhabit the blue waters of the pond in large numbers.
