The Silesian krajanka belongs in the bakery and confectionery products. Its bottom is made of yeast pastry, covered with poppy-seed, cheese or other mousse /e.g. apples/, and sprinkled at the top. Ms Krystyna Linek participates in many exhibitions, fairs and mass events providing tasting shows and selling Silesian krajankas. Thus, she promotes the culinary heritage of the Opole Silesia.
