Palace and park complex

Detailed description:

Palace and park complex. The palace, dating back to 1871, is a two-storey building with a loft, covered with high-pitched mansard roofs with dormers and dormer windows. The palace is made of glazed brick in three colours: yellow, russet and green. It was built on the plan of two differently sized rectangles with two projections, front and side, changing in some parts of the roof into dormers. The five-axis front façade is accented by a portico with open pointed arch arcading leading to the main entrance with an ornamental door. In the corners of the front and rear façade there are bay windows enclosed by polygonal roofs. The parkside façade with a large terrace is joined to the next by a three-storey tower covered with a conical broach roof. Axes of all façades are marked by windows enclosed by segmental arch on the first floor and topped with arcade niches. There are plans to reconstruct the palace's orangery during the renovation work. The park surrounding the palace constitutes a complex of different old trees marking the old layout.
