The beginnings of the Namys?ów Brewery [Browar Namys?ów sp. z o.o.] go back to the 14th century when it was mentioned for the first time. On 30 April 1321 Prince Konrad I of Ole?nica granted the beer brewing privilege. Since 1536 the Brewery has been located in the Namys?ów castle. When the American capital group Chicago Poland Investment acquired 100 % of the brewery shares on 10 March 1999 there began a dynamic modernisation of the brewery. The new owners managed to combine modern technology with traditional brewing process. The Brewery is currently owned by Ryan Gostomski.
