The establishment produces and sells homemade caraway cheese. The cheese is made of low-fat cottage cheese, sodium bicarbonate, and salt, with caraway added in the process. No additives are ever used. After homogenisation, the cheese mass and all the ingredients are treated with hot water and mixed intensively. The cheese is then formed, poured into jars or packed in containers. Production of caraway cheese in Silesia dates back to mid 1960s.
