It grows in the territory of the sports field at the crossing of Pszenna street, Wojska Polskiego street and Schumann avenue. Tilia cordata (linden) with a trunk of 330 cm in perimeter (the tree was measured on 21 November 2006, while on 24 January 2007 it was recognised as the natural monument). The tree has its own history. Its planting is connected with the march of King Jan III Sobieski’s army to the rescue of Vienna which took place in 1683.
