The forest is dissected by a beautiful asphalt track, closed for cars, and simply perfect for bike rides. It leads for 5 km through the forest, without any crossroads. It slopes up over flood banks, then descends and suddenly turns to run along the old-river bed of the Nysa river, disappearing in the lush greenery. From the track, it is easy to see an old embankment of the railway line from Lipowa ?l?ska, through Osiek, Gracze and Niemodlin to Szyd?ów. As a result of destruction of the bridge over the Nysa river, that line between Osiek and Gracze was not reactivated after World War II.
