Soul music. On the plateau of a grassy hill overlooking the Gailtal valley, you will find the Sonnenwende just 300 m below our farmhouse with a lovingly tended garden. Whether you choose a hammock to relax in, a deckchair or a soft blanket in the meadow, it is entirely up to you. You can also decide for yourself whether you prefer to meditate during the daytime or at night. Do you feel comfortable? Close your eyes and let the music and spoken words flow through your body. For a whole hour you will be gently taken on a journey to your inner Self. Afterwards, don’t get up just yet. Lay still and sense how it feels to be inside your body and let your gaze linger on the wide expanse of sky above. Watch the clouds go by and the birds silently winging their way across the sky. Listen to the leaves of the surrounding ash trees rustling gently in the breeze. Can you feel the deep relaxation of your body that has reached every single cell?

Star power. This heavenly spot was called “solstice” because it’s such a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and sunsets. At night, gazing upward, you are granted an awe-inspiring sight of myriads of stars blazing like jewels, all twinkling and glittering sprinkled across the dark canopy! A full moon lights up the surrounding mountains too.
