The main organiser of the competition is the Family Cup Publishing House and Family Cup Association and the Editorial Section of magazine Sportowy Styl. The organiser of the Championships of the Opolskie Mountain Biking Region in is the Tu?owice Culture Centre, Tu?owice, ul. ?wierczewskiego 8. The provincial competition takes place either in Lipno or Szyd?ów next to Tu?owice. The regional preliminary of the 12th Amateur Championships of the Opolskie Region in Mountain Biking may be entered by persons permanently or temporarily residing in the area of the Opolskie Province, without competitor licence of the Polish Cycling Association, including the Masters category.
