It produces Parmigiano Reggiano which is ripened up to 30 months, mozzarella, butter, cottage cheese, caciotta (medium-hard cheese), in a truffle-flavoured version too, stracchino (soft cheese), yoghurt and melted cheese. Every year is processes 2,600 tons of milk.
